Launch Digest: Cashmere Slippers, Holiday Hair-Care, And Mind-Blowing Dumplings You Can Defrost Yourself

Our team is dedicated to finding and telling you more about the web’s best products. If you purchase through our links, we may receive a commission. Our editorial team is independent and only endorses products we believe in.

You may have noticed that we’re hard at work compiling super-guides for all of your holiday gifting needs. Still, the DTC launch cycle marches onward! From festive collaborations and bundles to exciting new products that will outlive the holiday season, plenty of our favorite brands are still churning out quality launches. Read on to shop them all (and maybe add some to your holiday wishlist).

Elder Statesman And Suicoke Team Up For the Coolest, Coziest Slippers (You’ll Want To Wear These Out Of The House), $350

Credit: Elder Statesman

LA-based luxury clothing and lifestyle brand Elder Statesman -- known to me for its insanely soft and beautiful sweaters, not to mention whimsical photography that highlights joy, community, and authentic style -- teamed up with Japanese shoewear brand Suicoke to launch a tie-dyed slipper. Described as a “shoe of balance,” the blue and white dyed slippers are made of a cashmere and alpaca blend, and feature the words “Truth” and “Harmony” on each shoe.

The product copy is tantalizing enough: “Take one step in TRUTH and one step in HARMONY.” Sign me up -- or at least throw it on my “would purchase if I had all the money in the world to spend upwards of $300 on a pair of slippers” list.

Ghia Launches The Perfect Gift For All Of Your Foodie Friends: Le Works, $78

Credit: @drinkghia

Ghia’s new Le Works limited edition set, featuring a bottle of the brand’s signature non-alcoholic apéritif, mini panettone from Sicilian bakery Settepani, and the new Ghianduja -- a custom hazelnut spread made better with olive oil instead of palm oil -- was certainly designed for holiday gifting. It even arries in a tin box with a “To/From” sticker sheet to replace wrapping paper (extra points for the sustainable touches here). You can pre-order it now, and it’ll ship next week, just in time to bestow your favorite foodies with artisan treats for the holidays.

Crown Affair Designs The Bundle I’ve Always Wanted For Holiday Bathroom Touch-Ups, $98

Credit: Crown Affair

Crown Affair, the elegant hair-care brand rooted in ritual, has just launched The Holiday Set, engineered for those all-too-familiar hectic mid-party touch-ups. Thoughtfully curated to remind you to take time for yourself, The Holiday Set has (more than) everything you need for a mini makeover in the guest restroom: the Comb No. 001 for a detangle, a silk scrunchie to quickly elevate an updo, the brand’s signature Oil to add shine to dull hair, and a limited-edition black Knot Bag to carry it all. It makes a gorgeous holiday gift for the beauty aficionado in your life, but it’s also an ideal gift-to-self -- one you’ll definitely need as the holiday celebrations start to overcrowd your calendar.

OFFHOURS And West Elm Partner To Upgrade Your Off-The-Clock Fit Game (And Bedding, Too), from $200

Credit: OFFHOURS

OFFHOURS, perhaps best known for the genius (and seemingly outrageously comfortable) HomecoatTM, just announced a collaboration with West Elm this past week. Featuring a limited run of bed quilts in three colorways, each designed to match with a corresponding Homecoat, the collaboration highlights a new colorway created in partnership with the West Elm design team: the Renaissance. A quilt and matching robe make for arguably the perfect holiday gift, but they’re also practical enough to buy for yourself (which you might want to do like, now, before this collaboration sells out).

Fly By Jing Changes The Frozen Food Game Forever: Meet The Dumplings, from $39.99

Credit: Fly By Jing

Fly By Jing just launched its ready-to-cook dumplings on Tuesday, setting a new standard for frozen foods everywhere. In three insanely mouth-watering flavors -- featuring notes like umami-rich pork, seafood, mushroom, and aromatics -- the new dumplings are an ideal canvas for the brand’s cult-favorite sauces and premium pantry essentials. Ready in minutes from the freezer, FBJ’s dumplings make replicating decadent, complex, restaurant-grade flavors in your own home a breeze (even for the most kitchen-challenged, myself included).

RE-LAUNCHED: Shop These Before They Sell Out (Again)

Credit: Clever Blends and OLIPOP
  • OUI The People just re-launched its Matte Black Single Razor, which sold out almost immediately after it first dropped last year. Pre-order it now. ($75)
  • Clevr Blends, the Oprah-loved (and TQE-approved) SuperLatte brand, has officially revived its limited-edition, most-requested flavor just in time for the holiday season: Rose Cacao. Made with mood-boosting ingredients and adaptogens, this floral dark chocolate elixir is the perfect way to invite some delight and self-love into your day. ($32)
  • OLIPOP re-launched its -- you guessed it -- limited-edition holiday flavor. Blackberry Vanilla is back, and you’ll want to stock up now before it’s gone again. ($35.99)

I’ll be back next week with a new set of launches in the DTC universe. Email me directly -- zoe@thequalityedit.com -- with any launches you’d like to see in the spotlight, or DM us over @thequalityedit
