If you've managed to stick to your New Year’s Resolutions this far, hats off to you! You're a rare gem. As for me, I've hit a bit of a slump with my goals mid-2025. In the past, I would accept defeat and wait until January to start them again.
Not this time! 2025 is the year we actually follow through with our resolutions. Just because we fell a little short in the first half of the year doesn’t mean we can’t make a comeback. There's still plenty of time left to turn things around, and here are the products I’m using to help me do it.
RESOLUTION: Add More Protein in My Daily Diet.
One of my biggest goals this year has been to increase my protein intake – which is especially difficult on those days when cooking a full meal just isn’t realistic. Enter: GNC Wheybolic Performance Protein. This powder has quickly become a staple in my routine. It mixes smoothly, tastes great (no chalky aftertaste!), and gives me 40g of high-quality protein per serving. Whether I’m tossing it in a smoothie, stirring it into my oats, or shaking it up post-workout, it’s helped me hit my nutrition goals with ease. Plus, it comes in 11 different flavors so I never get bored.

RESOLUTION: Find Natural Alternatives to Caffeine.
Instead of relying on a second (or third) cup of coffee, I’ve been looking for more natural ways to boost my energy, and Live It Up’s Super Greens Powder fits the bill. Packed with over 20 superfoods and green tea extract, it provides a gentle lift without the crash. I stir it into water each morning, and it helps me feel clear-headed, energized, and ready to tackle the day… naturally.

RESOLUTION: Make Smarter Food Choices Without The Stress.
Let’s be honest, eating healthy can feel overwhelming. Between confusing food labels, trendy diet rules, and conflicting health advice, knowing what to eat isn’t always straightforward. The ZOE app is a science-backed program that helps me understand how food affects my body without tracking calories or cutting out entire food groups.

RESOLUTION: Get My Daily Steps In.
Getting my steps in is one of the best ways to keep me happy and healthy. However, as a WFH girl, this is easier said than done! Whether it's exhaustion, my workload, or the North Carolina heat, I don’t always make it outside for my daily walk which is why I just invested in a WalkingPad. This allows me to easily hit my step goals while working - talk about muli-tasking! It is so easy to use while I work and store in my apartment. Even just using it for an hour makes such a difference in my day.

RESOLUTION: Learn Something New.
I was that kid who couldn't get enough of school—total nerd alert, and proud of it! Now, as an adult, I still crave that feeling of diving into a lesson and taking notes. This year, I finally decided to indulge my curiosity with all the incredible resources the internet offers. Whether I’m exploring recipes from top chefs on TikTok or diving into a new language on DuoLingo, I want to learn something new. I recently bought the reMarkable tablet to help me take notes while I watch my lessons. This digital notebook is my go-to for learning and retaining information. I can effortlessly jot down ideas and wild concepts on its sleek, distraction-free screen. So, here’s to learning something new every day.

RESOLUTION: Perfect My Skincare Routine.
The world of skincare is intimidating, and I just didn’t know where to start, which led to this resolution getting pushed to the side again and again. However, now that we’re halfway through the year, I need to reevaluate. The KaramMD Trifecta makes this so simple. This kit includes a trio of curated products including an anti-aging cream, Vitamin C serum, and a daily cleanser. Together, these products work synergistically to deliver a healthier, more youthful skin, making the Trifecta the easiest way to perfect my skincare routine.

RESOLUTION: Balance My Hormones.
One thing I’ve learned this year is that balancing your hormones is a lot easier said than done. With a blizzard of information at my disposal, I was lost when it came to starting on this journey. That’s when I found Organic Olivia, a plant-powered wellness company founded by herbalist Olivia Amitrano. Her holistic approach to women’s health makes understanding your body and your symptoms a whole lot easier. Organic Olivia’s Liver Juice promotes the body’s natural detoxification to encourage glowing skin, increased energy levels, mental clarity, and positive hormone health. Take one squeeze of the dropper 2 - 3x per day for the best results. Sign me up! If this doesn’t seem like your perfect match, take her quiz to find the product that is.

RESOLUTION: Take Charge of My Health.
I’ll be the first to admit, I hate needles. I know it’s an irrational fear, but I’ve never liked them and I never will. So, when I had some health concerns begin to pop up a few years ago, I was not a fan of the doctor’s suggestion to do a full blood panel. However, I reluctantly obliged, and to my surprise, I survived! Not only was the woman at Labcorp comforting, but the process was so quick. I spent just 10 minutes there, and by the end of the week, I had my results. Their insights were invaluable in understanding my health. As part of this mid-year resolution review, it's time for another full panel. So, if needles aren’t your thing either, we’re in this together!

RESOLUTION: Prioritize Self Care.
Life is hectic. There's no denying it, and with everything we need to get done in a day, it can be challenging to put ourselves first. I know I struggle with this which is why, in 2024, I wanted to prioritize doing one small thing for myself each day. I hate to admit it, but even this can be difficult at times. There is always something more pressing on my to-do list which is why I started scheduling in these self care moments. This calendar is so easy to update (it connects seamlessly with my Google and Apple calendars so I can always schedule on the go) and it even has the ability to keep track of my grocery list, too. Two birds, one calendar!

RESOLUTION: Wake Up Early.
I've always been an early riser, although that doesn't necessarily mean I wake up easily every day. Despite mornings being my favorite time of the day, I (like any normal human being) despise the sound of an early morning alarm. As part of my 2024 resolutions, I decided I wanted to wake up early in order to give myself some peaceful and enjoyable me-time before tackling my busy day. This is usually how it goes – Monday and Tuesday start strong, but as the week goes on, I find it harder and harder to get out of bed. The Loftie Lamp mimics a sunrise to mirror your body’s natural waking cycle which makes for happier mornings. If you also wanted to become a morning person in 2024, this alarm clock is a must.

RESOLUTION: Drink More Water.
Now, this resolution may be a little misleading. I drink a great amount of water thanks to my Stanley Cup – an absolute must for increasing your water intake. However, I don’t feel like my body optimally absorbs all this water. Am I even hydrating? As a loyal member of Bachelor Nation (hi Connor S.), the first solution that came to mind was Waterboy. I have seen these hydration packets all over social media and believe they could be the missing piece to my puzzle. Not only do these provide the ultimate hydration, but they create the perfect summer drink with these beverage packets. So, if drinking more water was your resolution too, cheers!

RESOLUTION: Read 24 Books in 2024.
A reading resolution is on my list every year. There’s nothing better than curling up with a good book. However, I’m ashamed to say that I’ve been slacking on this one recently (major reading slump) which means it’s time to check in on my Goodreads app. I love updating my progress throughout a book, seeing real reader reviews, and stalking all the books my friends have loved this year – one of which is the ACOTAR series. I may be late to the game here, but I have heard nothing but 5-star reviews. And, finishing this series will help me get six books closer to my reading goal for 2024!

RESOLUTION: Stretch My Body Everyday.
While it may seem ironic, sitting at a desk all day is rough on my body. From tense shoulders to immobile knees, I know my body has felt the negative effects. I’m over it. I told myself I would stretch every night to benefit my body, but (no surprise here) that hasn’t happened. A nice, new yoga mat is the perfect way to promote indoor movement. With its supportive cushioning, non-slip surface, and super cute aesthetic, this is sure to enhance my practice. First up: downward dog.
