As a parenting editor, I’ve spent a lot of time researching, writing about, and trying prenatal vitamins. After years of research – and many prenatals tested – Ritual is the brand I keep coming back to.

More women taking Ritual also rated Essential Prenatal easy to take and gentle on the stomach compared to those taking a leading prenatal.*†
Clinical studies on finished prenatal formulas are still surprisingly rare in the supplement industry, which makes Ritual’s investment in real-world research stand out.
