Alright friends, we’re entering winter-arc season slowly but surely and it’s time to lock in. I’ve been in my trial fitness era this year – from reformer and mat Pilates on ClassPass to mooching off a friend’s hot yoga classes, to Equinox sessions or power walk as I “train” for a very impulsive Turkey Trot that I may or may not actually run. It’s the effort that counts right?
A few years ago, I used to crave high-intensity everything – F45, the CrossFit craze, Barry’s Boot Camp – but me and my PCOS diagnosis have finally accepted that I’m a low-impact girl. Give me Pilates, strength training, or an incline walk with a Sarah J. Mass audiobook over burpees and sprints any day.
And naturally, my wardrobe has evolved with me.
As a 34DDD, finding workout tops that support, but are also flattering and still cute enough for post-class coffee, has been a years-long struggle. I want to feel good in the gym or at my classes without fearing that I need to layer a sweatshirt over every look.
My Instagram algorithm clearly knew my struggle, and that’s when I first scroll-stopped on the Danish brand Planet Nusa. I fell in love with their earth tone forward styles, community events, and aesthetic IG feed. I then began to see their content all over social (after all, I’m chronically online), and their activewear had the kind of everyday aesthetic and body diversity I’m always looking for in a brand. So I thought, why not? And finally gave Planet Nusa a try.
Here’s what I tried:.
Size XL | Color: Earth Brown / Minty Green
This double-layered bra felt like a must-try. I’ve always loved the look of micro bras but rarely find one that offers real support. This FITNESS1 Bra one’s the best of both worlds. It’s structured enough to keep everything in place, yet sleek and minimal. This particular contrast colorway is gorgeous. I love my earthy browns, but trimmed with minty green, it feels both spring and fall-ready.
That all being said, I wouldn’t go for a run in this without a top layered over it. But for Pilates, yoga, or any low-impact class, it’s a yes yes yes. The fit is snug without being too suffocating, and the fabric has a slightly compressive stretch that supports my chest without digging in.

Size L | Color: Dark Grey / Sand Stripe
This is the perfect lounge-to-life pant. One of my super stylish local baristas – who knows my order by heart at this point – complimented them, and that’s basically my stamp of approval. The PARIS1 Pant’s fabric is light, but there’s just enough weight to drape nicely without clinging.
The boxer-style waistband gives them a relaxed, effortless vibe that I can’t get enough of. I’ve even dressed them up with kitten heels and a sweater for dinner (sue me – I love to live in my clothes). These sell out constantly, so keep an eye on the site for restocks.
Care advisory from me and my steamer: hand dry or hang dry to avoid stubborn wrinkles and preserve the fabric’s texture.

Size M | Color: Black
This SPEED1 Short Sleeve top made me look and feel like I could compete in a triathlon (theoretically) with no chest issues. For my fellow large-chested girls – this top is a game-changer. It’s thin, but sculpting, and built to actually support you through higher-intensity movement.
I wore it over a light, unpadded sports bra on a few runs and felt fully supported – no uncomfortable bounce that eventually leads to a nip slip, no restrictive tightness. It keeps the sweat in check, and will keep your chest looking balanced, not boxy (iykyk). It’s the first top I’ve worn that makes running feel less like fighting the curse of physics.

These COURT1 Men’s Shorts were a gift for my boyfriend, who had been wearing the same gym shorts since college (I couldn’t take it anymore). He’s 6'4" with a 34" waist, and the Large fits him perfectly. The style is slightly shorter than his usual pairs, but he’s fully converted and loves to brag that the extra thigh showing is the “Danish way.” The lightweight feel got his stamp of approval almost immediately).
The only downside: the logo started fading after a few washes. By wash five, it was basically gone. Hoping that’s a one-off, but it’s also worth hang-drying this one, too, for longevity.

I saved the best for last. My favorite piece of the bunch. The EVERYDAY1 Top lives up to its name – supportive, sculpting, and genuinely flattering for everyday. This bra will make your chest look great without compromising comfort.
For smaller cup sizes, this could easily work for higher-impact workouts. For me, it’s a go-to for Pilates, walking, or weight training. The neckline is classic, the compression is just right, and the chocolate brown shade is just perfect.

Planet Nusa nails what so many activewear brands miss – clothes that move easily between workout and life. Every piece feels intentional, made for women who live in motion but still want to look put-together.
The quality is the kind that makes you want to wear it all day – the kind you don’t immediately change out of when the day’s done. It feels fresh and modern, with silhouettes that read as streetwear chic without trying too hard. As a city girl on the move, Planet Nusa has the kind of energy I’m desperately trying to bring to every workout, errand, and all of life’s romantic little moments this year.
