"I've been hearing whispers about Eight Sleep's magic for some time now, and after reading reviews from The Quality Edit's own editors, I just had to try it out. Let me tell you - the rumors are true! I've only had a couple of nights with Eight Sleep's Pod 5 mattress cover & hub, and it's truly changed the way I sleep. As someone who suffers from a condition causing grave hormonal disruptions, my body temperature fluctuates a lot throughout the day, and especially at night. This has made it particularly hard for me to both fall asleep and stay asleep, but all my stress has subsided since Eight Sleep has come into my life. I go to sleep perfectly cooled, as the mattress cover is already set to your body's needs before even stepping into bed. I love this especially during the LA heat! I now fall asleep right away, without needing any brown noise or fan to aid me. I vaguely remember being half awake a couple of times last night, feeling slightly chilled, only to immediately fall back asleep because I could feel the temperature swiftly going up. I slept longer than I have in years, waking up to slight vibrations without any alarm necessary, and the best part was - I actually woke up well rested.
