From the first moments of Industry's latest premiere, which follow a journalist as he stalks and seduces a fintech assistant, one thing is clear: the horniest, thorniest, and most stressful show on TV is back, baby. Nothing spikes our cortisol like being plunged back into the world of Pierpoint & Co., though Season 4 has managed to maintain that white-hot intensity even without the investment bank setting. The characters are further dispersed now, with some hitting professional highs (Harper) and other professional lows (...oh, Henry), but one thing hasn't changed. They all dress to the goddamn nines.
In the world of Industry, class is everything; how you dress communicates where you come from and where you're going. Though Season 1 introduced us to a ragtag group of first-year grads, by this season the gang certainly ain't hurting for pocket change. From Harper's jaw-dropping statement coats to Yasmin's fashion-forward take on nobility, the looks this cast are serving us on this go 'round are more elevated than ever.
So even though we've already penned a style guide for the first three installments, Season 4 demanded its own love letter. Below you'll find a mix of exact matches and eerily similar dupes, divided by the different worlds this sprawling series encompasses. Whether you're a bear in the boardroom yourself, or just need a mic drop look for your next martini date, these characters' ensembles are endlessly shoppable. You don't have to covet their moral compasses to borrow a few of their style cues.

FOR WHEN YOU WANT YOUR NAME ON THE DOOR

You can't begin a style guide for this season without stating a simple fact: Miss Stern leveled her wardrobe the f*ck up. When she steps out of her chauffeured car in the premiere, clad in a knockout three-piece skirt suit, it's immediately clear this is a brand new Harper. If she was ambitious before, now she's a tour de force. Harper doesn't just see herself as a boss, but as a visionary, and she cuts that figure accordingly with a constant procession of bangers.
That same power is available to all of us, and it doesn't require a five-figure price tag. These garments are for the days when you want to dress like you own the building, in bold, architectural business attire that demands the utmost attention. While Harper's power suit was custom-made by the show's costume designer Laura Smith, we've found some gorgeous dupes, like Maniére de Voir's killer wrap waistcoat that evokes the same silhouette. Our eagle eyes were able to track down her unforgettable belted trench coat, however, courtesy of none other than Hugo Boss. Combine these pieces for a knockout ensemble or weave them into your work clothes as separates — call that microdosing the experience of making the lobby your runway.

FOR WHEN YOU'RE FEELING LIKE A 'DISRUPTOR'

For the second season in a row, we also get a front row seat to the machinations of a startup gone public — and all the power-mongering that entails. The boys of Tender are of the 'Pata-Gucci' ilk, rocking the vaguely athletic brand of officewear that this show observes so keenly. Appropriately for the UK setting, British brands Charles Tyrwhitt and Reiss both made our edit, with the latter's William Quilted Vest the exact one worn by Max Minghella.
We turned to American labels, however, for Kiernan Shipka's office looks. As party girl executive assistant Hayley, she's ripe for one hell of an arc, quietly in the background while poised to uncover all kinds of dirt. In the meantime, her looks are already turning heads, with a pitch-perfect angle on what a Gen Z baddie might wear for her workdays. Though the blazer and mini skirt below are dupes for her premiere ep office look, we were able to track down the gold necklace she wears on her big night out.
FOR WHEN YOU'RE CHANNELING YOUR INNER RETIREE

You don't have to score a $30 million severance package to rock some out-of-office attire. Eric Tao leans fully into his golf course fantasy in the season opener, and though he only stays retired for about 10 minutes of screentime, he manages to tap into the zeitgeist all the same. With both golf and tenniswear very much trending the past 18 months, it's worth grabbing a few pieces to pull out whether you own a 9-iron or not.
The Luca Faloni hoodie is an identical pull to Ken Leung's costume, and we'd recognize a good pair of Oakleys anywhere. But we couldn't leave out the zip cardigan worn by Eric's… companion, either. It's the perfect blend of preppy and casual that we hope to channel on our own off days, plus it never hurts to nab a legacy brand on discount. (Again, not all of us get $30 million in severance.)
FOR WHEN YOU'RE RUBBING ELBOWS WITH THE ELITE

No one has a bigger glow up this season than Yasmin Kara-Hanini, who now gets to add Muck to her train of last names (not to mention the royal title of Lady.) Now embedded in the loftiest circles, she's breaking out her best looks yet — and so is everyone in her orbit who's trying to get a piece of the pie. These pieces are for the events where you've got to dress to impress, where something casually thrown together simply won't make the cut.
While Yasmin's Balmain jacket and Métier the definition of credit card splurges, some of the other looks here aren't as eye-wateringly steep. We couldn't help but throw in Henry's vintage smoking jacket, which seems to have an exact vintage match on… eBay of all places? Other shoutouts include Harper's gorgeous sculptural earrings and Yasmin's belted navy trench, which as of press time, is 30% off.
