In this review, I’ll tell you about my experiences with both drinks to help you decide if you want to try them out for yourself.

BREZ has two drinks for different purposes. Small Doses, Big Vibes
I tried both the Original drink and Flow throughout days and nights over a few weeks. Sometimes I was working and looking for a little extra focus, and other times I was relaxing at night and wanted to unwind a little more before bed.
In short, my answer is: Yes, they both work.
I’ll start with Original since that’s the flagship drink. As mentioned before, I’m certainly not the largest cannabis consumer, so I started off with the smaller version, Single, which is 7.5 ounces and has 2.5mg of THC.
The flavor of all of BREZ’s drinks is Lemon Elderflower. I’m a huge fan of seltzers (and soft drinks) and I thought Original tasted just OK. It’s not so much that the flavor was bad, I just think the THC has an aftertaste I’m not used to.
I didn’t really feel too much of an effect from a Single can, so a few days later I tried Double, which has double the THC in less than double the ounces, so it’s a bit more potent per ounce. And that definitely had an impact.
I drank a Double one night about two hours before bed and the feeling is like a high without the anxiety. I felt mellow, chill, and friendly (though I was all alone). I think the most important aspect of the experience was that I wasn’t necessarily paranoid or anxious, it was simply a nice floating sensation.
Now onto Flow, BREZ’s drink designed for mental performance, versus Original which is more for relaxation. I’ve always been skeptical of adaptogenic drinks because I’ve tried some before and frankly just didn’t notice the effects.
I drank Flow—which only comes in 12-ounce cans—primarily in the middle of the day while working. In my opinion, it tastes a lot better than Original, I’m assuming because it doesn’t have any THC.
The effect is much, much more muted than Original, and that’s how it’s supposed to be. BREZ describes Flow as “creates a pleasant and refreshing effect for a much-needed lift at any time of day. You may feel motivated, clear, and uplifted.”
I didn’t experience a “high” by any means, but rather a slight fuzzy feeling. While the active ingredient, Lion’s Mane, is theoretically supposed to help with cognition, I wouldn’t say that I felt more focused or “locked in,” just a nice calming sensation that didn’t have me as distracted as I typically am.
