We like
We don't like
There’s a new buzzword spreading like crazy in wellness circles this fall: “preventative.” This concept has been floating around in the beauty/cosmetic treatment space for a few years, from preventative Botox treatments gaining popularity in the under-40 set to preventative hair loss treatments being increasingly marketed to both men and women. The idea of preventative protocols is also gaining significant ground in the health and wellness space thanks to popular podcasts like Huberman Lab and the rise of daily supplement usage. This shift has come with an obsession with data. Think about the now-ubiquitous Oura Ring, or the popular nutrition app Zoe. A standard doctor’s visit isn’t enough anymore: we crave daily hits of data about our own bodies.
As of this week, there’s a new temple to this data-driven preventative wellness philosophy: Scandinavian healthcare company Neko Health has opened its first US clinic in New York. Co-founded by Spotify’s controversial Daniel Ek, Neko Health offers high-tech, data-driven preventative health screenings using proprietary medical devices that look like they belong more on a spaceship than SoHo.
Like other health-tracking services, Neko Health promises that more data means more preventative control over your health. But it remains to be seen whether this impulse to harvest more and more data about our own bodies stems from a mindful desire to make meaningful changes in our routines, or is just another way to get a dopamine hit of new information. Regardless, I predict that our collective, insatiable desire for data means that the wave of brands promoting data-rich health scans and wellness-maxxing wearables is only just starting.
Meanwhile, over on Launch Digest, we’re playing with a new monthly format! I’ll now be coming to you monthly with a curated selection of the best product launches to come across my desk. Starting with:
First Up: A Brand New Category for LANEIGE

K-Beauty experts LANEIGE expanded into eye patches this month with the new Bouncy & Firm Cooling Hydrogel Eye Patches, and tapped BTS’s Jin to star as the face of the campaign. The microneedling-inspired patches combine melting spicules, plant-derived PDRN, caffeine and niacinamide to enhance formula absorption, visibly lift and smooth fine lines, and reduce puffiness. The shape of the double-sided, embossed patches act as “serum reservoirs” for an extra surge of hydration. A bonus – they can also be applied to smile lines.
Trending: Astrological Autumnal Fragrances

P.F. Candle Co. rolled out their limited-edition Celestial Collection, which gives three P.F. favorites a cosmic makeover in smoky grey glass with black-and-silver metallic labels. The collection includes the Teakwood & Tobacco scent as well as the return of two scents (Copal and Smoky Cinnamon) from the archive.
Timed with this month’s Autumnal Equinox, British perfume house Ffern released a new, limited-batch scent: Autumn '26. The moor-inspired fragrance comes in an eau de parfum and beautiful candle. The scent beautifully combines notes of lavender, iris and violet leaf, balanced by warmer notes of tonka and immortelle. It might be my favorite fragrance of the year.
Trending: Wellness-Boosting Beverages

Pressed Juicery tapped into the seasonal shift with The Immunity Line, a line of immunity-focused drinks and wellness shots. The collection includes the Immunity Tonic, Immunity Shot, and immune-boost-focused Wellness Smoothies.
Raazi launched Raazi Wellness, a collection of wellness-focused whole-plant teas. The new line includes three blends—Digest, Glow, and Rest—that offer a simple daily wellness ritual (and would make such a cozy gift this fall!). Each wellness blend is crafted with only four whole-plant ingredients and packaged in biodegradable, plant-based sachets.
Before You Go…

- The Bouqs Co. released their Fall 2026 Collection of fall flower arrangements. The autumnal collection features rich autumnal hues, seasonal blooms, and designs intended for hosting fall events. And for a little Halloween season flair, Bouqs also introduced the Black Magic and Glow in the Dark Roses arrangements.
- Sabah introduced their new Akşam shoe. Akşam means “evening” in Turkish, and the shoe is meant to evoke an elevated evening spirit without being overly formal. Each pair is unstructured and made from Sabah’s signature soft, buttery leathers. As a Sabah devotee, I can’t wait to get a pair.
- Emi Jay introduced the Toasted Sugar Dream Crème hair mask with a campaign featuring Olivia Jade. The hydrating, smoothing, and softening mask is now wrapped in Emi Jay's gourmand scent, Toasted Sugar. The brand also released a suite of accessories to match: the Toasted Sugar colorway returned for select brushes, plus hair clips in cozy colors and patterns.
- Chef Daniel Humm of three-Michelin-starred Eleven Madison Park launched Riff, a line of shelf stable chef-crafted meal kits. Every Riff box is designed as a flexible foundation with three core components: organic bronze-cut pasta or air-dried noodles, a Chef Humm-crafted seasoning mix to build a sauce, and a crunchy topping. Home cooks are then encouraged to "riff"—tossing in fresh vegetables, herbs, or protein to make each meal their own.
- Cedar and Myrrh added two new fragrances to their Wellness Candle Collection. Handcrafted in NYC with natural fragrances, the grounding scents include citrus-forward Sun Salute and calming camomile-infused Stillness.
