Welcome to Launch Digest, where we bring you the latest and greatest product launches to hit the market across the DTC universe.
April showers bring May flowers, but May flowers bring blooming launches and drops. This week, we got out our self-tanner (which has gotten a total glow-up), put on new high-end swimwear (with a brazilian cut), sprayed our hair with Millie Bobby Brown’s hair mist (which is very in), debloated with dragon fruit kombucha, and fired up the (indoor) grill for a Chrissy Teigen-adjacent chicken sausage.

All Eyes on New

This week’s new brand launches were 10s all around. We dived into a brand new fragrance line that invites us to feel more deeply, a chicken sausage that Chrissy Teigen likely approves of (and Gwyneth too!), and a brand new “It Girl” clothing line.
- If you’re familiar with Gwyneth’s goop kitchen or Chrissy Teigen’s Cravings, then “this one’s for you.” DFG Ventures, the same venture studio behind the famously cool aforementioned projects, has come out with a new innovation—The Sausage Project. Expect high-end, chef-level, healthier sausages with no icky add-ins and 12g of protein.
- If you see something, spray something. Oscar Emil is the new scent on the scene, making us feel things a little deeper with The Love Collection. It’s inspired by founder Oscar Hedegaard's own journey through love, loss, and self-discovery to make us smell like we’ve learned a thing or two from our upsetting (and enriching!) life experiences.
- Have you met Viktorija Lubyte yet? If not, get ready to meet her latest foray into timeless fashion with By Viktorija. Her new collection is handmade in NYC, using high-quality materials that have been specifically sourced for each piece’s design. Major “It Girls” like Sarah Snyder, Audrey Peters, and Amelia Liana are already wearing it, so it’s only natural that we follow suit.
Eat This Up

Some drops are just so deliciously new, we can’t help but mention them. We’re seeing actual food, food inspired by beauty, and beauty inspired by food (sort of). It’s okay if your eyes are bigger than your stomach on this one.
- David has become somewhat of an iconic protein bar—dare I even say…enigmatic. The protein-packed bar has just come out with its most sensuous flavor yet, Red Velvet. With 28g of protein, 0g of sugar, and just 150 calories, this on-the-go sexy snack is worth the bite.
- Millie Bobby Brown is into strange things, but Florence by Mills’ collaboration with Serendipity3 is anything but. To celebrate the launch of the Love Core Black Cherry Hair & Body Mist, Serendipity3—one of Millie’s favorite NYC spots—has created a limited-time dessert, The Love Core Cherries Jubilee for a mere $20 (which we approve of because…Erewhon).
- MUTHA is raising us well with their new Butter Body Melt—essentially a lightweight, “melted” evolution of their award-winning body butter. It instantly melts into the skin for added moisture, elasticity, and suppleness. Totally fine if you say “Smooth like butta” while applying.
- Bloating is very uncouth for the summer, which is why JuneShine and BelliWelli are joining forces to create a non-alcoholic Strawberry Dragon Fruit Kombucha. Beyond its incredibly refreshing flavor, you’ll find probiotics and an extra four grams of dietary fiber in a bevvy that really….floats your…bloat.
- Speaking of Chrissy Teigen and strawberry, her brand Cravings launched a Strawberry Mochi Pancake & Waffle Mix that is available on Thrive Market through June 8th (and then you’ll be able to find it at grocery stores nationwide).

In It for the Summer

I always say, “There’s Annie…and then there’s Summer Annie.” The below launches made me specifically activate my summer self ahead of schedule, getting excited for all of the opportunities to disrobe and dial up the glow (to eventually make my hair and skin the same color, but that’s just me!).
- If there’s ever a brand we’re going to trust with our skin, it’s Tower 28. Now, they’re taking their SOS skincare to the sun and back with their SOS FaceGuard™ SPF 30 PA+++. For the acne-prone, sensitive skin types, this white castless, tintless SPF provides broad-spectrum UVA + UVB protection that is even ophthalmologist-approved. I see you!!
- What happens when you put a supermodel and a super swimwear brand together? The Montce x Jasmine Tookes Collection, is what! In—what can only be described as—a mix between the best of Europe and the best of Florida, this new sophisticated lineup takes pairs bold with refined (with sexy imo) for your next European getaway (or Floridian getaway—whichever which way).
- From body ody ody to Badalada…ada (I added the last “ada”), our favorite summery skincare brand, Sol de Janeiro, just warmed things up for us with their Body Badalada™ Lotion, which is vitamin-infused and packed with a 7 Hyaluronic Acid Blend. Add in their classic Cheirosa 62 scent, and the other beach honeys don’t stand a chance.
- + LUX UNFILTERED dropped a fresh take on their OG best-selling body glow. The N°10 Blurring Body Glow Golden helps to blur imperfections and even skin tone, or simply provide a deliciously radiant glow with skin-loving squalane, vit C, and sunflower seed oil. All you need is five minutes, and it’s glow time.
- REEF is making a real comeback this summer with their Ebony Beach Club Flip Flops. This partnership goes far beyond “hanging 10,” focusing on celebrating the black community and its evolving intersection with surf culture. Because the beach isn’t exclusive…but rather…expansive.
Honestly, Just Add to Cart Already

Life should be “fluid, not friction.” This week’s open tabs on our browsers all live in the beauty space, aiming to help us pucker, pout, and perfect (no matter how often we’re frowning at our newsfeed).

Before You Go…

This is so we can have the last word (because it totally feels good and doesn’t cause any anxiety whatsoever).
- If you’re in a pre-Father’s Day shmood, BALMUDA recently released The Teppanyaki, which is a smoke-free, indoor grill that brings Japanese teppan cooking experience to the kitchen. Whether you want to sear steaks or flip pancakes, you’ll make anyone witnessing your kitchen skills think you’re a pro.
- We turned on Kali Uchis’ “Sunshine & Rain…” as we wrote this section because queen got her own Erewhon smoothie this week to celebrate her latest album launch, Sincerely. Her Sincerely, Smoothie, which is powered by MALK and Vita Coco, and inspired by her favorite fruit, Maracuyá.
- Tremella is a medicinal mushroom that is showing up as a super hydrator for skin )(apparently holding 500x its weight in water!). The new TREMELLA Silky Hydration Gel Cream from Herbivore Botanicals uses Silk-iCare™, a biotech-derived vegan silk protein that creates a breathable 3D mesh across the skin for science-y skincare that is also sustainably minded.
- Imaginary Authors is a truly creative scent master. Their latest HOW TO SAY BICYCLE IN FRENCH is a literal scent story, delivering the scent-iment of French leisure and adventure (and romance) in a fragrance that I’m actually already wearing.
- Hiya led us to a new kingdom of multivitamins with a Disney Lion King-themed Multivitamin Bottle, so our kids (but not mine because I don’t have any) can get excited about essential nutrition in their daily routines (so they’ll fight you less on things that are good for them!).
