The Always Pan 2.0’s exclusive Thermakind™ non-stick ceramic coating now lasts 50% longer than the original Always Pan’s non-stick coating. What’s better? It’s non-toxic and made from materials like sand derivative, water and alcohol. This new nonstick surface has a nice little shimmer, too.
Our Place takes its sustainability initiative to the next level by creating these pans with post consumer recycled materials. The 2.0’s aluminum core is 3x more heat conductive than stainless steel – and made from used soda cans. It’s literal trash, and we couldn’t be more excited about it.
One of our only gripes about the 1.0 was that it couldn’t be used in the oven – thankfully, the 2.0 is oven safe up to 450 degrees. We’ve been thrilled to dive back into our favorite recipe books and get cooking on those delicious stovetop-to-oven recipes we’ve had dog-eared for years.
