It’s officially Cozy Season, and my space reflects that. My lights are twinkling by 5pm, my blankets are stacked high, and my candle collection is on full display. And this year, it’s more gorgeous and sustainable than ever. That’s thanks to Siblings, the candle company revolutionizing the thousands-of-years-old art of candle making. Quality and Consciousness

Siblings’ founders Eva and David (siblings, of course) aim to create quality candles that last beyond a few hours of burning. That’s why they use non-toxic oils, an eco-friendly coconut blend wax, and 100% compostable packaging for every kit. What’s more? These candles are designed to be poured into your vessel of choice – which you can reuse indefinitely.

An Array of Sustainable Scents

Siblings offers a diverse range of 15 unique scents – everything from floral (No 08 — Peony, Honeysuckle, Amber) to fruity, to fresh and a day in the forest (No 04 — Eucalyptus, Balsam, Wild Berries). They have also created some special collaborations (like a Spiced Maple Butter Cookie with Butternut Bakery) and limited seasonal offerings, like Beach Daze and Vintage Cardigan. I’ve burned a lot of candles in my day, and these are some of my favorite scents, ever.

A DIY Activity

It turns out that creating your own candles is really fun! Siblings makes it easy, too. The brand provides an 8” wick, a wooden wick holder, and the scented ball of wax, and all you have to do is pop it in the microwave for 2 minutes. From there, pour it into your forever vessel, and voilá! It’s ready after 2 hours of setting.

It’s Cost-Effective, Too

I’ll be the first to admit that I’ve spent way too much on candles in the past. And I’ll be honest: with candles, I’ve found that you typically get what you pay for. That’s why I was shocked to discover how impressive these $26 candles are. Sure, you have to put in some work – but I’ve come to love that part. Siblings makes a great product that’s also an experience – what’s better than that?
