When it comes to shopping for beauty products, my general rule of thumb is the numbers don’t lie. I rely heavily on star-ratings and reviews, as I’ve found the beauty community to be impressively honest and committed to their research. There’s no better feeling than finding a really great product, and luckily, the makeup girlies have few reservations when it comes to sharing them. So, when Luminess’s Airbrush Foundation popped up in my feed, I first paused (airbrushing? my own skin?) and then proceeded (7 million products sold…over 50,000 five-star reviews…). Long story short, I’m a huge fan of this product, and I’ve never received more compliments on my skin. Here’s why I love it…

Easy Application

Applying Luminess’s Airbrush Foundation is shockingly easy – so much so that I’ve cut my makeup time in half! Just shake then spray the foundation an inch away from the brush, apply it to the skin using circular motions, and voila! Bask in your own airbrushed glow.

All Day Wear

I used to keep an emergency makeup re-application toolkit in my bags at all times – but stopped my second week using this foundation. It legitimately lasts all day, especially when applied on top of the primer. While I enjoy coverage, I cannot stand a cakey foundation. This is one of my biggest issues with most foundations (nothing upsets me quite like creasing or crumbling) – but not with Luminess! I don’t consider this necessary in a foundation, but it’s a much-appreciated cherry on top of an already-impressive product. With Luminess, I know my skin is radiating for a multitude of reasons – and the influx of questions I’ve gotten about my beauty routine are confirmation of that!
