I’m a snob when it comes to my cookware. I've been a professional chef for years, and I've earned my stripes, so I'm pretty unabashed about it. Naturally I invested in a stainless steel set of pans years ago, and I’d never felt tempted to try anything new or different – until I stumbled across Our Place’s new Always Pan Pro. Stainless Steel Meets Nonstick

Stainless steel cookware is amazing because it’s durable, versatile, and offers amazingly even heat distribution; non-stick cookware, I’ll admit, is practical: it offers effortless food release, and easy cleanup, and suitability for cooking delicate ingredients. I was interested to discover that this newer version of the Always Pan claimed to combine the best of both worlds. How?!

New NoCoTM Nonstick Technology

The secret is in the brand’s innovative NoCo™ Nonstick Technology. Essentially, the non-stickiness is built into the pan (it’s not a coating like with other non-stick pans). Its inside is inspired by the lotus effect, and its pattern is pressed into the titanium, making the surface naturally hydrophobic and therefore nonstick. I’ve never cooked on a surface like this before: its texture crisps easily, and it’s super easy to clean, too.

Impressive Performance

I have to admit: I’m impressed with this pan. Really impressed! It offers even heat distribution for perfectly cooked meals and gets that sear that a non-stick pan simply doesn’t. I’ve noticed I opt for it much more than I expected to – and my girlfriend (who’s greener in the kitchen) finds it super approachable as well.

Unmatched Durability

Built to last, the Always Pan Pro is virtually indestructible. Its fully-clad tri-ply construction with a durable titanium interior is 300% harder than stainless steel (300%!!). From dishwasher to oven, this pan can handle it all. Plus, it looks pretty futuristic and bada** too.

Effortless Maintenance

The most unexpected part is that the Always Pan Pro is dishwasher safe, compatible with metal utensils, and heat-resistant up to 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit. Who knew kitchen cleanup didn’t have to be a total nightmare? I wholeheartedly recommend giving it a go – so much so that I’ve actually begun perusing some of the other brand’s kitchenware. This stuff is the real deal!
