It seems like just yesterday we were all waking up to the news that we’d be getting to work from home for two weeks while the country entered into a “lockdown”. Now, after social distancing for so long, the idea of making dinner plans, travel itineraries, and even a public commute brings on a level of social anxiety that I never knew existed inside of me--I had no idea what to do to take the edge off. Spoiler alert: I found a simple solution (and one I can turn to anywhere, anytime).
