Arrae vs. Lemme: I Tried Both Viral Bloat Gummies. Here’s How They Compare.

Try Arrae Bloat

I spent the better part of this summer stress-testing a few bloating solutions ahead of the holiday season. The next few months are notorious for indulgence, and as someone who deals with bloating on a regular day, I wanted to be armed with a best-in-class solution come Friendsgiving, holiday parties, etc.

After dabbling in several brands, I ultimately narrowed down my testing to two of the most talked-about brands online: Arrae and Lemme. Both are gummies designed to support digestion, but they contain different ingredients and are supported by varying research. Here’s the TL;DR on my weeks of testing – plus the winner I’m sticking with for good.

The Ingredients & Formulas

Arrae: Combines 5 grams of prebiotic fiber with a postbiotic and digestive-support ingredients whose names I actually recognize: ginger root, lemon balm, and dandelion extracts. Plus, zero added sugar or sugar alcohols.

Lemme: Focuses on gut microbiome support with two probiotic strains and XOS prebiotics. Its formula contains 3 grams of added sugar per serving.

The Takeaway: Arrae takes a more comprehensive approach, combining fiber, postbiotics, and botanicals traditionally used for digestion, while Lemme focuses primarily on prebiotics and probiotics that are admittedly a bit harder to understand.

The Science & Dosage

Arrae: It's one thing to include a buzzy ingredient; it's another to include an amount that's actually been studied. Arrae's postbiotic has been tested in a human clinical trial at the same dose you'll find in its gummies. Plus, the brand clearly lists how much of each active ingredient you're getting.

Lemme: Uses ingredients with research behind them, too, but combines its two probiotic strains into a single 44 mg blend. That makes it harder to tell how much of each you're actually getting.

The Takeaway: Both have science behind their ingredients, but Arrae makes it easier to see exactly what you're taking – and how that compares to the research.

My Experience‍

Arrae: After years of testing supplements, I know how hard it can be to trace changes in how I’m feeling back to any one variable. With that said, I certainly noticed enough good gut days while taking Arrae that I wanted to keep going – a promising signal, coupled with the strong scientific evidence I had researched.

Lemme: I enjoyed taking Lemme (the blackberry gummies do taste good), but I can’t say I noticed the same signals. That doesn’t mean it wasn’t doing anything – gut health is complicated – but I wasn’t as compelled to keep it in my routine after feeling positive signals with Arrae.
