The new aging renaissance has begun, and aging revolutionaries believe that we should be “aging healthfully,” which reminds me of the things I used to overhear my mom and other peoples’ moms say growing up.
“Why would I want to get rid of my lines? I like my lines! They tell my story!” Okay, moms!
While I love the “live and let line” vibe of it all, that approach doesn’t really suit modern-day filter society, where everyone’s everything has been plumped, buffed, shined, and smoothed so as to look ageless up until their last day on earth. Dark, I know.
Timeline is taking a figurative machete to the idea your only two options are to let aging take the wheel or to drastically fight Father Time until not a wrinkle (or dollar) is left. Focused on science, Timeline is taking a holistic, 360-degree approach to optimizing one’s aging process using Mitopure®, their powerful, proprietary ingredient that unlocks a precise dose of the rare Urolithin A molecule (which we’ll get into later). TL;DR: It promotes healthy aging. After all, if your cells are living their best life inside your body, then your skin will surely reflect that. “Age like a pro,” they say!
When I discovered that Timeline was taking the magic of Mitopure® and infusing it into a shockingly straightforward skincare line that promised to revitalize my skin, I had to give it a good ol’ college try. I tried everything for over a month, and I’m going to tell you what I experienced.
- Powered by Mitopure®, which leverages Urolithin A to reinvigorate the energy in our cells
- Super light yet deeply hydrating—perfect for all skin types (yes, even the sensi babies like myself)
- High-quality ingredients, science-backed formulations, and clinically proven results
- Sleek, refillable packaging (we love a sustainability moment)

- Definitely an skinvestment, given the $699 price tag, but I will say that if you consolidate your entire skincare regimen into these three products, it really does pay for itself.
A Good Look In the Mirror
I began my aging-gracefully routine with the Skin Health Prestige Box, which adds up to a whopping $699 (which is actually a deal compared to buying each item separately). In my box was The Day Cream, The Night Cream, and The Serum, which felt pretty seamless in terms of integrating it into my routine.
At the start of my skin-speriment, my main concerns were:
- Some slight lineage that is showing up on my upper forehead and around my eyes.
- Skin texture and complexion (which has been feeling a little rough these days).
- Hydration. Hydration. Hydration. I’m a dry skin queen, who always struggles to find a moisturizer that can keep me glowing throughout the day.
Right off the bat, I was extremely pleased by how gentle, moisture-locking, and synergistic all of these products were. They didn’t irritate my very sensitive skin, and if anything, provided even more glow than I was used to. I also loved that I didn’t have to sacrifice some of the other serums in my routine that I’m currently loving, making their products easily layerable and complementary to my pre-existing skincare regimen. Because Timeline’s formula is so densely packed with Mitopure® and other nutrient-rich ingredients, a little went a long way, which also meant that the products lasted way longer than just a month.
Throughout my time using the product (which I’m still using, by the way), I noticed that my skin looked more supple. Have the lines on my face disappeared? No. But do they seem less noticeable? I think so. And even if what I’m seeing after a short period is negligible or subtle, it’s not so subtle that I’m willing to stop using the science-backed, clinically tested trio.
The Product Breakdown
All three products maximize Timeline’s Mitopure® alongside an Antioxidant Shield, which contains skin barrier-loving niacinamide and trehalose (a natural sugar). This potent, science-informed duo creates a protective shield on the skin that minimizes premature aging-inducing oxidative stress. While all three products have the same foundational base, each one varies depending on use case so as to optimize your skin’s cellular health throughout the day.
The Day Cream
This might be too late in the article to be mentioning this, but our skin is our biggest organ in (on?) the body. That means the stakes are pretty high when it comes to what goes in our skin and therefore our bloodstream.
Even if you eat incredibly clean and “do all the things,” factors like stress, pollution, chemicals, artificial blue light, sweat, and UV rays can create digress for our skin. The Day Cream takes into account all of the things you might need a defense against during the day with skin barrier protection in mind. Using a bioactive tripeptide from a natural skin botanical extract, The Day Cream is a super lightweight, redensifying cream that leaves skin looking intensely revitalized, rejuvenated and resilient.

Of all three products, The Serum may be one of Timeline’s most concentrated. Unlike The Day and Night Cream, which are only used once per day, The Serum is your twice-daily skin support that leverages D-Panthenol, a concentrated, moisture-preserving skin ingredient from the B vitamin family that helps to sooth, regenerate, and heal the skin. It also helps to bind to water, making it the ultimate hydration homie (and definitely made my skin look snatched as time went on).

The Night Cream
So we’ve covered what happens to your skin during the day, but what about at night? While we sleep, our skin (and body, really) look to rest and regenerate. Our skin specifically turns over cells more quickly at night and the production of new cells increases. Therefore, having a product that supports this process is essential to fighting premature aging and promoting more youthful-looking skin.
The Night Cream gets it right across the board with Nopal flower extract, which activates intrinsic enzyme pathways that are proven to help the skin exfoliate and regenerate new cells as a top performer in the AHA category.

Turning Back the Timeline
I’ve told you a lot about my experience, but I haven’t yet told you everything there is to know about Mitopure® and Urolithin A, which is a big part of this story. Maybe even the main part!
Chris Rinsch, Founder and President of Timeline, shared with me that Timeline’s Mitopure® is the first and only highly pure, clinically validated Urolithin A ingredient, known for being a postbiotic with powerful health benefits. Unlike other anti-aging products on the market, Timeline is going where no one has dared to go before, combating cellular energy decline at the source.
Plain and simply, Mitopure® has the ability to increase cellular energy in the body, triggering a recycling process within our cells called mitophagy. “Beginning as early as our 30s, cellular energy naturally declines, and is associated with many of the health concerns of aging.”
And Chris isn’t bragging. Clinical trials have shown that Timeline users noticed…
- More cellular renewal and energy after just 72 hours.
- More youthful appearance as it related to wrinkle depth and skin volume after two weeks of usage.
- Enhanced skin resilience against both intrinsic and extrinsic aging factors.
- No irritation, thanks to 100% hypoallergenic, safe-for-sensi-skin-type ingredients.
With so much power and science behind Mitopure®, I asked Chris why no one has heard about Urolithin A. “Is it new?” I asked.
“Ever love a musical group that noneone else appreciated, maybe for years? Then, one day, their music is everywhere and everyone is catching on? That is what is happening to Urolithin A…It is a remarkable, highly studied molecule that works in harmony with the body to combat many of the hallmarks of aging—not because we say it is, but because mounting peer-reviewed scientific evidence supports that understanding.”
If you’re curious about how to get more Mitopure® in your life, Chris advises taking anywhere from 500-1000mg per day for maximum benefits from the inside out, which can be easily done with any of Timeline’s nutrition or supplement products (I sampled their Softgels and found that the easiest way to up my intake).
When it comes to aging as a whole, Chris reminded me of the key pillars of healthy aging, period. “Focus on nutrition, exercise, recovery, and sleep. Each of these pillars has seen amazing scientific advances over the last few years to name, but sleep timing, minimal effective dose resistance training, and precision nutrition (both diet and supplements) is how we get the greatest longevity benefits.”
As it relates to skin specifically, Chris advised avoiding sun damage and using clinically proven products powered by Mitopure® as “mission critical.”
