Instead of trying to overhaul her entire schedule, Lautner focuses on weaving intention into everyday moments. “Taking moments of intention throughout your day I find to be so helpful,” she explains. “It’s as simple as eating lunch without being on your phone or driving in silence to reflect on your day for a few minutes or even just standing in the shower for an extra minute with the warm water hitting your face.”
