I had the privilege to get to know her everyday essentials that embolden her to “do the damn thing,” and the good news: I already have cord earbuds. One thing that brings us closer!!

You are officially in “World Domination” Mode. How do you balance so much day-to-day variability and with a routine that allows you to stay grounded?

CM: “Jasper, my orange cat. That boy does not care. He will wake me up at 5am for a treat. That cat has broken two treat jars in the last month by knocking them off the counter, and truly operates as though my schedule, my stress, my anything is completely irrelevant to him. If cleaning up a broken treat jar with cat treats scattered everywhere at 2am doesn’t keep you humble, I genuinely don’t know what will. He’s the most grounding force in my life, and he has absolutely no idea.”

What are some things coming down the Ciara Miller pipeline that you’re super excited about?

CM: “So much is coming up. Love Island. I’m really excited to have this opportunity with Tefi. It’s going to be really fun to kiki in Fiji. I also have some really exciting campaigns coming up, with billboards going up all over New York and LA, so prepare to be sick of me. And I’ll be honest: I am SOOO excited about Dancing with the Stars. I manifested that—I am so competitive, and I danced my whole life, so it feels really special.”

What does your “Day in the Life” look like right now?

CM: “Lady Gaga said it best: ‘No sleep. Bus, club, another club, another club, plane, next place.’ That’s genuinely it right now. But I am going to Fiji very soon and I fully intend to find some inner peace and some time in the bed.”‍

If you had one piece of advice, mantra, or perspective that is driving you forward right now, what would it be and why?

CM: “‘One day at a time.’ I’m really trying to be more present and to actually be in the moments I’ve worked so hard to get to instead of already thinking about the next thing. A lot of things I’ve wanted for a long time are becoming real right now, and I want to actually feel that.”

What are some things (books, music, people) inspiring you at the moment?

‍CM: “Honestly, the person who inspires me most lately is someone most people wouldn’t expect me to say. My manager Derek and I have worked together for many years now, and he believed in me at a time when most people wouldn’t even look in my direction. That kind of loyalty and faith in someone is rare. He is a guiding light for me. Not only in work, but also in our friendship. He has fought for me to be in spaces that people didn’t believe I should be in. He deserves all the credit and more. I wouldn’t be where I am today without him. He deserves all the Gucci bags and love in the world.”
