In the age of PR gifting and paid influencer partnerships smattered all over social media, it's hard to know whether a recommendation is wholehearted or winking. Is this product actually a must-have? Or did you get it in a gift bag and, yeah, it's not too shabby. Or worse (but understandably)—did your friend found a company and you’re giving her free press?
We want to know: What do people spend real dollar dollar bills on? We're dying to hear what you buy and re-buy, what you recommend with every fiber of your being, what your hard won earnings go toward. With brands sending free stuff to the microest of influencers, we decided it's high time for a roundup series that includes exclusively products that have been purchased and loved outright. Think of Receipts as a fun-things-only money diaries.

Unless you’ve been living off the grid (or are simply on a social media cleanse), you’ve probably witnessed posts from wellness insiders, beauty editors and food influencers on the only way to start the day – with a packet of alkalizing greens from Sarah Wragge Wellness. Known as “SWW” by those in-the-know, Wragge has a small but intentional pool of wellness offerings (more to come, though!), which was created after coming out of a personal health crisis.
Her mantra? Understand how to fuel your body. “I became fascinated with blood sugar because it seemed as though sugar was the root cause of everything you don't want (inflammation, bad sleep, weight gain, reflux, hormone imbalances), and understanding how to balance it is a game changer,” she says. “I set out to create a process that I now call The SWW Method which marries the science of blood sugar with behavioral changes – because without the behavior changes, no science will ever work.” Today, Wragge and her team offer a tailored approach to nutrition through her ten step plan that sets clients on a path to long-term success.
Wragge’s star product is “Alkalize,” a greens powder made with organic grasses, spinach, kale and turmeric. Meant to be taken before coffee in the morning, it kick-starts digestion and keeps you in a fasted state for optimal fat burn. Plus, it includes six servings of daily greens and of course, no nasty fillers. And yes, it’s delish. We rounded up Wragge’s wellness musts – because we’ll have what she’s having.
Cooking is a big part of Wragge’s prescription for health and these non-toxic, non-stick pans are her go-to in the kitchen. She also loves the brand’s birch wood cutting boards made with food safe mineral oil – and of course, everything is made with zero microplastics.
