As this birthday approaches, my new mantra is “I am the great love of my life.” (Ask Viola Davis for details). I want to continue to show up for myself and my family by showing myself love in every form—whether that’s through high-quality sleep, daily movement, or—dare I say—material goods.
But not just any material goods!! I’m a quality-over-quantity girl any day of the week. I choose to invest in things that not only last a long time, but will work well together, so I can mix and match, and mind you—with two kids—I basically have to plan for everything I wear to end up with one-to-two handprints on them (so durability matters!).
I also care about my impact on the planet, so I’m always excited to discover brands and products that are non-toxic, sustainably sourced, and looking to support the environment.
Here’s to another year around the sun! To anyone who hates birthdays, I can only promise that it keeps getting better and better.

Anine Bing makes up a decent majority of my wardrobe in general because her clothes are so comfortable, classic, and well-made. These slides in particular because they can seamlessly go from day to night—comfortable enough to pick up my kids, but also refined enough for me to wear on a date with my hot husband.

This bath soak is one of my favorite forms of self-care! It’s such a luxurious, delicious ritual. Ollie Blossom is an all-clean, planet-friendly brand that delivers time and time again. They also have these shower steamers that you can put at the bottom of your shower, and fill the air with this delightful scent for a serious in-home spa experience. Okay, this clock though…it has changed my evening rituals and sleep so, so much. I’m desperate to get one for each of my two kids’ rooms as well. It has meditations and brown noise (it’s a thing), and five minutes before your alarm goes off, it slowly stops the brown noise, so that you don’t wake up in a crazy panic. I also love it as a reminder to wind down in the evenings. An hour or so before I go to sleep, an evening light goes on to encourage me to start my bedroom routine, which means I get to set my phone down earlier. Obsessed.

This grip weight has become such a versatile prop and MVP in my workout practice—whether I’m alone or with clients. There are so many ways to incorporate it into any fitness method—pilates, HIIT, and yoga, just to name a few. Not only does it add resistance, but it also helps your muscles activate properly because of the gripping nature.

I love Falcon so much—not only is it easy on the eyes, but I use it for prepping, cooking, and entertaining! I would love to keep this bowl on my table, and see and use it daily! Not sure what color I would pick, but if I had a few, I would swap each season!

I burn this candle 24/7 non-stop so my house and studio smell like this candle all day long. I am addicted to everything from Ranavat, so their divine product line is always filling the house with love. I would buy a palette’s-worth if I could.

I love detoxing so much! HigherDOSE is the absolute best way to get high naturally and sweat out impurities and toxins—not to mention it lowers stress and helps with sleep. I love using the Red Light Face Mask and PEMF products for recovery and inflammation as well.

Don't even get me started on olive oil! It’s so good, I’ll just drink it straight. Frankie’s is legit one of my favorite brands. Their EVOO is so delicious for salad dressings, cooking, or as a finishing oil—and I kinda just love how it looks on the counter. I used it on the dough, and topped my salad pizza with it, which is somehow (amazingly) my most viewed recipe video ever.

Stop the presses. This body oil is so luxurious and makes my skin feel so hydrated and luminous. I coat myself all day with this every day, and love to finish my skincare routine with it AM and PM. It helps reduce signs of aging, where my skin instantly becomes more radiant, and has 32 of the world’s most nutritious plant oils and extracts, giving me—yet again—another in-home spa experience. Bonus: It’s great for gua sha too!
