Quarantining for 6+ months wasn’t exactly on my Pinterest 2020 vision boards. But this is the deck of cards we’ve been dealt, and I’ve tried my best to turn my lemons into lemonade. Here are 4 products keeping me sane navigating the pandemic.
Feals – CBD that actually works.
Feals launched their line of high-end CBD products last year, and I started using them a few months ago after testing a few others in this crowded market. It’s hard to remember back to life at the office -- gone are the days of fighting over conference rooms and sitting through slightly awkward overshares at the office lunch table. These in-person idiosyncrasies of working life have been replaced with all-time high screen time as we establish new work from home habits. There’s been a lot of lounging around the apartment in quarantine in our household, which thankfully means I’ve been spending a lot of time in this waffle robe from the good folks at home-essentials brand Parachute.
The Parachute Waffle Robe features lightweight, softly textured Turkish cotton. I honestly hadn’t heard of the waffle weave before seeing this and now I’m a true believer. It’s soft and airy and makes you feel like a million bucks each time you throw it on. My girlfriend got it for me as a birthday gift, and I love it so much that I gifted her her own for her birthday a few months later.
Parachute now has a full line of everything you could dream to make your home a comfortable, beautiful space: bedding and bath products are their staples, and they’ve added home decor + tabletop products to their assortment. Four Sigmatic – Rocketfuel with a Safe Landing
I’m a coffee guy. I love the ritual of my morning brew; the day doesn’t feel right without a caffeine kick start. A silver lining to sheltering in place has been creating a new morning coffee and breakfast ritual that we never had the time to do rushing out of the house for our morning commute to the office. I’m glad I did.
First impressions of Four Sigmatic were what helped me take the plunge. I opened the bag, gave a strong whiff, and to my surprise it looked and smelled delicious.
